The Committee for The Lions is an administrative OOC body that runs the faction as an entity. They keep the accounts, organise events, deal with storing and transporting equipment to and from events, communicate with players and run 'The Lions' as an affiliate club/society under Curious Pastimes.
An AGM is held every year in February.
Once every three years, elections are held for the committee positions. Only current standing command team and faction referees can stand for one of the positions and only the standing command team and faction referees can vote on who takes each position.
The Chairperson chairs all general meetings and all Executive Committee meetings when present.
The Vice-Chairperson assists the Chairperson in chairing meetings and will take this responsibility should the Chairperson not be present.
The Treasurer is responsible for keeping the financial affairs of the association in good order and ensuring that activity on the bank account is shared with members.
The Secretary is responsible for keeping all books and records of the organisation, including the members register (which should contain the name of every member).
